4 things worth doing this quarter.

Worth planning

  • Break up queryfn3 (CCN 104, 308 lines)

    src/38query.js:177

queryfn3 nests its control flow deeply, and part of it is duplicated, so splitting it also removes a copy.

How alasql/alasql works

AlaSQL.js - JavaScript SQL database for browser and Node.js. Handles both traditional relational tables and nested JSON data (NoSQL). Export, store, and import data from localStorage, IndexedDB, or Excel. This page is a map of the alasql/alasql repository, written primarily in JavaScript, rebuilt from the source each time it is indexed. Repowise parses every symbol, computes a dependency graph, scores per-file code health from complexity, duplication, test coverage and churn, mines git history for hotspots and ownership, and lifts the architectural decisions into documentation you can read here or query through MCP.

The codebase has 812 files and 487 symbols in 7 modules, led by JavaScript, Shell and TypeScript. Code health is 9.1 out of 10, rated excellent.
