About this codebase
gewey.github.io is a data-driven “phone-like” Chrome launcher that takes a shell page (index.html) plus bookmark category definitions, renders a consistent runtime <head> via js/dynamichead.js, builds tile-based bookmark grids through js/bookmarkBuilder.js, and ships fully static bookmark sub-sites that load without leaving the iframe shell (inputs: menu categories + per-category bookmark objects; pipeline: runtime head injection → category data → tile rendering + click tracking; outputs: a live launcher UI and clickable external-link tiles inside the contentframe iframe). It’s for anyone who wants a single, persistent browsing home screen where navigation is “within the frame,” not a route change—then uses local usage signals to keep frequently used tiles discoverable, with the whole app served as-is from GitHub Pages (no root build step).
Written by a model from the index
133 files and 149 symbols in 6 modules, led by JavaScript (49 files) and Python (3).
Code health
This codebase scores 9.0 out of 10 for code health, which we rate excellent. It also scores maintainability 8.5 and static performance 10.0 out of 10. The three are scored separately and never blended into one number. Risk is concentrated, as it usually is: 1 of 133 files are git hotspots, and they average 4.2 — which is where the fixes pay off most.

Repowise built this map of gewey/gewey.github.io from its source and git history. It parses every symbol, draws the dependency graph, scores each file's health from complexity, duplication, coverage and churn, finds hotspots and owners in the history, and writes documentation for every module. Your coding agent reads the same index over MCP, so its answers cite real files.
