How yairEO/photobox works
Input enters through gallery links and their thumbnail images, with video links identified by a rel attribute set to video. The photobox/jquery.photobox.js file handles gallery behavior, including item changes, navigation, zooming, captions, and autoplay. The demo directory provides the demonstration page and gallery markup. The viewer uses CSS3 transitions and animations to remove the current item, replace it with the next or previous item, and display the new item. The gallery can observe DOM changes and adapt when images are added or removed. HTML5 History can update the location with the currently viewed image when enabled.
The codebase has 3 files and 24 symbols in 2 modules, led by JavaScript. Code health is 8.5 out of 10, rated excellent.
